Choose your article from the collection, add it to your bag with the preferred size, then complete checkout with your delivery details.
Transfer the 30% advance via bank payment to confirm your order. The remaining 70% is collected as cash on delivery.
Bank transfer details
Send a clear screenshot of your advance deposit on WhatsApp with your order number. Once payment is verified, we prepare and dispatch your parcel.
After placing your order online, pay the 30% advance by bank transfer and share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number. Your order is confirmed only after the advance is verified. The remaining 70% is paid as cash on delivery. Dispatch begins once verification is complete.
Bank transfer details
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, and only against in-stock articles. The piece must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (where applicable). Exchange requests are arranged via WhatsApp after review.
Closet Eternity does not offer returns or refunds. Please confirm size, colour, and article details before paying the advance. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Parcels should not be opened before receiving/signing for delivery as instructed by the courier process. If you are unavailable, the courier will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel is still not received or is refused, it may be returned to us within the courier’s return window — additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Worldwide shipping is available. Charges and timelines are confirmed before dispatch. Customs duties or import taxes in the destination country remain the customer’s responsibility. Advance and payment terms for international orders are confirmed on WhatsApp.
