Pay to confirm
For Pakistan orders, transfer the 30% advance on the total bill (article + flat PKR 500 delivery) via bank payment to confirm - the remaining 70% is cash on delivery. For worldwide / international orders, full payment is required before dispatch (no COD).

Send a clear screenshot of your advance deposit on WhatsApp with your order number. Once payment is verified, we prepare and dispatch your parcel.

Payment & confirmation

After placing your order online, pay by bank transfer and share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number. Your order is confirmed only after payment is verified.

Pakistan: pay the 30% advance on the total bill (article price + flat PKR 500 delivery); the remaining 70% is cash on delivery. Dispatch begins once the advance is verified.

Worldwide / international: full payment of the order total (plus confirmed shipping) is required before dispatch. COD is not available for international orders. The Pakistan PKR 500 delivery fee does not apply — see International orders for weight-based shipping rates (Rs 9,000 first kg · Rs 4,000 each additional kg).

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are not offered for change of mind, size preference, or colour preference. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and exchanges are not available.

Exception - damaged items only: if your parcel arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and outer packaging. After review, we may arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Delivery

Pakistan delivery: a flat PKR 500 delivery charge is added to every Pakistan order and included in your checkout total (and in the 30% advance / 70% balance split).

Parcels should not be opened before receiving/signing for delivery as instructed by the courier process. If you are unavailable, the courier will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel is still not received or is refused, it may be returned to us within the courier's return window - additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.

International orders

International shipping is available for clients outside Pakistan. Charges are calculated by packed weight at Rs 9,000 for the first kilogram and Rs 4,000 for each additional kilogram.

Our team will confirm the final shipping cost and estimated timeline before dispatch. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country remain the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders require full payment (order total + confirmed shipping) by bank transfer before we dispatch — COD is not offered worldwide.

How we use information

We use your information to process and fulfil orders, confirm payments, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, improve the website, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Cart-related data may be stored in your browser (for example local storage) so your bag can be kept while you shop. We do not store full card numbers on this website; bank-transfer payments are verified separately using the details we provide at checkout.

Advertising & Meta technologies

We may use Meta Pixel and related Meta technologies on this website. These tools help us understand how visitors use the site and help us measure and improve Meta ads. Meta may collect or receive information about your browser and activity through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, in accordance with Meta's own policies. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Sharing

Service providers who help us run the business (for example hosting, email delivery, and messaging tools), under appropriate confidentiality and use limits;
Meta Platforms, when Meta Pixel or related tools are active, as described above;
Authorities or professional advisors when required by law or to protect our rights and customers.

Retention & your choices

We keep order and contact information as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle disputes, meet legal requirements, and improve our service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing eternityclosetofficial@gmail.com. You can also clear cart data from your browser's site data settings.
